The Health Related Behaviours Questionnaire (HRBQ) is a self-reported behaviours and perceptions questionnaire which we conduct in schools every 3 years. Children in Years 5 and 6 (primary school) and Years 8 and 10 (secondary school) are surveyed. The survey is anonymous and voluntary for both schools and pupils.
